It was a breezy afternoon on the 10th of August when Fligno Philippines team rounded up and went to Marco Hotel for the kickoff meeting. Proudly wearing our Fligno shirts, we celebrated the birth of a software development company in the Philippines, Fligno Philippines.
Fligno, as an outstanding custom software development company in Gold Coast, has expanded their company in the Philippines. In partnership with LogicBase Interactive, Fligno Philippines is established in Cagayan De Oro City.
The meeting commenced with opening remarks given by the president of Fligno, Mr. Rafael Bergola. He discussed the vision and core values of Fligno Philippines before the team. The company aims to provide quality and cost-effective software development services, website design and development services, digital marketing services, and website maintenance and support to clients across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. He also deliberated the plans and goals set for the team. From 100 to 1,000 employees, Fligno is inspired and excited to achieve it.
Sir Raf also disclosed that the company will provide a new fully-furnished office in Cagayan de Oro City for a fun and comfortable working environment for all the employees. And to help the employees grow with Fligno, they will also provide training and seminars locally and maybe internationally.
Sir Raf also introduced the President of Fligno Philippines. Mr. Bryan King who is also the CEO of LogicBase Interactive welcomed the team wholeheartedly. He is also looking forward to this newly established team, hoping that everyone will continue to strive and grow with him as part of the Fligno Philippines.
After the discussion and deliberation of the plans set for Fligno Philippines, a feast was prepared for the team. Everyone ate joyfully, talking about the plans and the new office, everyone seemed thrilled.
After the delightful feast, a game was prepared by Tyn. She suggested playing the Charades where teams try to guess the word that is being enacted by their representative without making any sound. The team was divided into three groups, each with 6 members. A prize of 2 thousand pesos was on the line for the winning team, 1 thousand pesos for the 1st runner up and 500 pesos for the 2nd runner up; which hyped everyone to win.
That night was filled with laughter and adulthood as everyone enjoyed the kickoff meeting. The team went home with a smile and with the thought of being part of the new family, Fligno Philippines. We are all thrilled and inspired to work hard, not just for the company but also as individuals. May the odds be in our favor!
